mages dont have exp penalties which is garbage... especially with human necros running around. Conjies, Invokers and Necros all rate as some hard arse classes but have no exp penalty.

some of the race benefits that used to perhaps justify the penalties are removed or now you get penalised twice eg elf thieves get double sneak penalty. charm for elves is no longer a bonus.

if its due to the fact that the imms are trying to make some races more dominant than others then why (lets use elves as the example again) are there so many elven areas populated with tons of elves - if they are that rare then there should be less of them.

2cents (and with the exchange rate worth even less)
