You can't commune it on someone who's already withered (although mobs apparently can). As Nepenthe said, there's no way to tell how greatly wither affected you. It's like a cancer - your maximum age decreases and you don't know by how much or even what it was in the first place. If anything, Wither is biased against good aligns (yes, yes, my myopia rears its ugly head, but hear me out) because RARELY do you see an evil align die of old age (they usually delete after a couple of deaths to "inferior" people or when they're bored of mindlessly pking newbies - just kidding! :P - but it is true that goodies die of old age far more than baddies). I wouldn't hazard a guess as to why baddies don't die of old age......
