It's simple (I hope). How I see it, I see it like the empire city. Each time a step is done by the mortal and immortal : much peoples, good leaders and rper, coding and interest. Another part in the orc thing may happen.

Which mean that young orc are on thier way to advance now.
Then a leader will arise, peoples will test that.
Next, a shaman class or like sfmaker said, a witch doctor class or, anything else.
Then, when enouph interest, another clan!
