The orc class from a basic examination of the skill list requires LOTS of hp's. The class is designed for the player to damage soak whilst doing his thing. (an orc shielded up the ass will be scary) Orcs traditionally are bigger than humans, being of approx 7-8ft and heavier set for their build. Also orcs have also traditionally been swift and with great endurance also. Just because your bigger doesn't mean your slower. Yes they make good gangbangers (sweepstake on how many people get done for permagrouping, anyone?) but they don't make terribly wonderful fighters 1 on 1. I can see warriors tooling them in a tete a tete.
