basically this.. orcs socially(roleplay) and tactically (pk) are group creatures, they benefit from the presence of others (and yes are subject to intergroup rivalry on a more primative scale than the empire) but we have a rule againt permagrouping.

Now considering there are a limited number of orcs and there is only one clan and orcs are going to spend a LOT more time with each other than a normal group would, what is the situation regarding permagroups and orcs?
