Any foreseen possibility of orcs receiving shield block or fast healing. After all, orc's do use shields..aka, orc guards in goblin village..etc.
The blood skins don't heal an amount greater than a minor heal potion..least it doesn't look like it so far.
I hate to think orc's will have to lug around basket full of heal potions just to survive..
