Is it kosher to pray for aid if one is stuck in the Elven Vaults after a reboot due to disappearing keys?

This scenario has happened to me multiple times, both with Niamh and with another character. Prior to tonight, I've always sought the aid of other characters before praying. Unfortunately, the heros in Thera after the reboot were all "less than friendly", shall we say.

In any case, after praying, 'An Immortal' informed me that he/she could not help given my current position in the Vaults. Does this mean there are restrictions on where Hero-Imms can transfer players from/to?

Or, does it just mean I shouldn't have asked for such aid in the first place?
