What error message do you get when it fails to work? It may be that you need a newer version of some DLL. If you use Windows Explorer as your browser, try going to "windowsupdate.microsoft.com" and click on "product updates". Then get all the "cricital" updates, as well as anything that sounds like an update to some non-optional part of Windows.

Just a thought. Have no idea whether it'll work, but worth a try.
