Is just plain evil. Not in character. not OOC. Just in general. Why reduce someone's playing time? balance or not, that is just plain mean. Sorry, but that is my feeling. I don't see ANY reason to allow one char to make another char not play its alloted hours. Godamn, this game is hard enough!
