I've played plenty of chars who had less than perfect stats. None of my heroes have ever had perfect stats, and it didn't really matter. If you need to spend more than 30 minutes rolling for a character, you are nitpicking.

As for accepting poor stats, It wouldn't be ideal, but then, somebody may want to play a handicapped character for roleplaying purposes. One of my most successful PK chars was terribly short on stats purposely, and still did rather well.

As far as #3, on the system lag, its not that big of an issue on tying up the system. Maybe it is if somebody is trying to roll up 10+ sessions at once, but the lag usually disappears when they get sitebanned anyway.

For the people that absolutely have to spend 3 days rolling the perfect char, all I can say is, in that time you could have gotten into the 20's levelwise, and could have just trained your stats up anyway. Playing the game is much more fun than running a roller program.
