Entropy's powers can be used for PK purposes, but they're not outright PK powers. Some ragers have more offensive powers than others, depending on their choice, but they're fighting powers, not pure PK powers. Masters are the same, but scourge isn't nearly as bad as the wall/insect combo. With scourge, all you need is a potion handy and you're out. With wall/insects, not only is it hard to flee, once you flee you have to run. And its not like you're cursed, because you can heal curse. I think, since it says you can't concentrate with the insects, you should be able to quaff potions.
