A question on city haters

Hallow!

I do remember this question being asked once more, and a super nice idea for a role just came to me while reading Tolkien.
Well, I won't unveil the role, but I wonder how would someone that absolutely can't enter paved streets and/or buildings (ie cities) get to train?
Hummm, the only three trainers I know are in:
* Galadon and you have to walk the streets
* Balator and you have to go in a building
* Battlefield and you have to pass through an underground passage...

So I suppose there's really now way to get arround this ??..??..
Then can the IMMs please do something about this? Maybe make a trail from Midgaard to the Battlefield that doesn't pass through Thalos??

- How about the Jade Mountains, isn't there a trainer in there somewhere? And the Emerald Forest has one I think, not too sure, never had to try it, but if they are hometowns, I would think so.
