1. The skills, I don't care about. There are some that I require, the rest were suggestions from others. Tigerclaw and assassin kicks are a must, if you don't know why... then don't apply. Defenses are a must. Primary weapons are a must. The rest will come with time, I'm not worried about it. Rangers ambush being perfect, that wasn't my idea :) But I take blame for it. Don't tell me, I won't know. I've had lots of rangers and I never perfected ambush until near the 40's. I'm not worried about it. Creep and camo are a must as well as hide and sneak for thieves and assassins. But all of this you can plainly see why. I've told people who talk to me that the skills aren't important, the ideas are, and I believe this firmly. The reason I ask for five is to put time between when we first talk and when I induct you. By the time you find five, a lot of time has passed. SOME people had the bright idea to talk to ragers before I asked them to, they got inducted rather quickly. But the reasoning for this time is to give me time to think about what I want to do with you next, to give time for your "reputation" to spread, and like Imbrogno said about the increasing the rank requirement, is to prove that you can cut it without the cabal's abilities. It's not hard to get five people to know you. It's not important that you spend all this time in an indepth interview. That's my job, not theirs. The other reason is completely IC... if you want to know it. Ask me in the game. I hope this clarifies for you. The requirements aren't hard at all in my eyes. And I understand that some people's times don't mesh, if a certain period of time has passed to no avail, ask me in game. Have a nice day Trewyn
