There's nothing especially unusual about the events, really, and this occurred two full years ago (I immed in the fall of 1998). If the implication is some sort of bitterness on my part as a result of losing my heroimm, that's not the case.
Short synopsis:
1) I immed as Aurien, human uncaballed invoker.
2) I was working on an area, but not putting as much time into it as I should have, due to playing the mortal leader of Battle at the same time.
3) I deleted my imm for personal reasons.
4) Over a month later, he was graciously reinstated by the immstaff.
5) Problem was, a lot of people knew who my mort was, which wasn't a problem when I didn't have my heroimm, but which became a violation of policy once I got him back.
6) Graham posted on the forum saying that I got a quest skill because I was an immortal, and how it was unfair.
7) Two days after this, coincidentally or not, I was denied for the poor judgment call, and rightly so I'd say... Aurien wasn't really a viable heroimm anymore. I chose to also delete my leader of Battle at that time, and have a fresh start.
