Frigid is wilderness. My ranger, just deleted 2 weeks ago, ranked extensively in frigid and was fine. Wilderness is where a warder can chameo (this includes frigid and other places). You shouldn't be having slow problems with camo or creep. If you are it's cities not frigid.
