No, any items of magical enchantment are prohibited. However, waiting until your 4 brothers are about to enter Thera is just fine. In fact, you'll be rewarded for your bravery. But if you go against a mage one against one...that is just wrong, and you will be punished. Never fight a mage one on one, it is bad. It will require 3 of us to take down any one mage. That is our writ. Live it, brother.

Oh, and those silly things you heard about 'equity' and 'one on one' are no longer. the village no longer holds such requirements. Killl when you can..and if you think you can't...hide!
