This only concerns mechanics I dont want directions or anything. My question is: If you are out of range for a particular quest i.e too high level do the mobs for that quest stop talking to you or do they still encourage you to solve it? The reason I ask is because I am in the middle of a quest and it seems impossible to solve. Have I been led on a wild goose chase?

there is some levels specific quests you won't be able to solve after a certain rank but I know only two of them right now n/t Chaldaie 15:08:49 12/31/2000 (0)
