It's looking likely that I'll be having to stay at home shortly, and that'll mean less cf.

To be honest I feel the danger (it is a danger for us, because my daughter had cystic fibrosis) is on the uk side, not the actual flight or being abroad. There are people using the trains when significantly sick, and there's a lack of soap / hand sanitizer in the station toilets. And it is crowded.
