I don't know if that's exactly what NbM is talking about. I'd assume that you have a lot of information on the people that you're trying to track down due to whatever information they needed to provide to you when they were bonded. You're going to have an easier time tracking down someone with a complete name, birthdate, SS#(I assume you require those when bonding someone), etc. <br> <br>If I just gave you a random name of someone without a DOB it would be much more difficult, no?
