<br>I'd disagree with you there on a number of points. There are numerous other examples where that so called right would be violated. Construction & maintenance projects, for instance, along with traffic. The air conditions inside of an aging motor vehicle are patently and proven carcinogenic. Et cetera, yet those are non-issues.

<br>Likewise, there is no scientific basis to make the assertion that you have increased likelihood of lung cancer or the like when next to someone who smokes outdoors. In fact, the effect of second hand smoke on people who have lived for more than 30 years with a smoker is a minor one. Casually passing someone smoking out doors the effect is non-existent.
