Just technicality, I guess in reality people is on a positive calory intake for some days and then eat less so I guess it works out in the end.

<br>Here I'll have to disagree with you. I'm not taking steroids, but my musculature is noticeably bigger, and I'm still losing weight. Bigger muscles, and less fat, I'm call that an exchange.
