Nah, thats awesome. I hope you all weren't thinking I was saying you were doing something wrong or something. My goal, and everyone elses goals are different. I was just stressing how important the right diet is to meet your goals. And I would say you are turning fat into muscle. Its the way things work. Heh. I dont even count calories for my diet. But I do eat the right things, most of the time. And for anyone wanting to gain muscle, even just a little, the best advice I can give is to take in 25-35 grams of protien about 20-25 minutes after your workout. At that time, your muscles are starving for protien and carbs. So the protien basically goes straight into you muscles. Once I learned this and started using it, I saw amazing gains.
