Seldom empower. You get the odd character getting their empowerment maybe one or 2 a year. Although Sebeok is on the wizlist, so i'm not sure how that works. He is actively empowering now, no idea of the success rate here but i'd imagine its quite low again. <br>> <br>> To get empowered by the above you would probably need to demonstrate proficiency in game in most aspects (so pk above avg) and write a striking role to actually make the IMP want to approach and interact with you. Honestly it might be possible with a non-empowerment character over the length of the characters lifetime to get the IMPs tattoo but if you are an empowerment character you could expect empowerment to be an exercise in extreme patience. <br>> <br>> Yanoreth will never empower, i'm not even sure she's still around.
