We're talking about the new mechanic. <br> <br>For this to have an effect on assassinations, the assassin would have to be stalking the guy who gets the item BEFORE he gets the item. <br> <br>Otherwise, he gets 2-3 stalks on a guy, who is running through areas quickly towards a safe point. You're not going to land an assasssination if you start stalking once the person has the item.
