I. Goals:
1. Organize the chaos we have right now.
At the moment people do not know how to join “the alliance,†where to join “the alliance.†People are also concerned that they won’t get into “the alliance†because their space will be filled by an inactive player. I think this plan averts that.
2. Create a system that is adaptable once the “main alliance†grows enough to encompass all of the CFers (or close to it).
3. Not to “reinvent the wheelâ€. Essentially, we’re following the format that an existing Travian alliance, “EMPIRE†(look it up), is following. So obviously it will work.
II. Action Plan:
1. Separate all the CF players into manageable “initial wing alliance†groups.
This is just for now. Of course, we’ll clump people together as the main embassies grow. But for now, it is a way to direct people to an informal “alliance.â€
2. Those Groups will be a “wing alliance†(confederate alliance, sub alliance, whatever you want to call it).
3. Each group will work out who EVENTUALLY will build up a L3 embassy.
This is key. You do not want to put the cart in front of the horse. The idea behind separating into groups now is so that people know “where they belong.†We can all communicate here effectively and do not need to have a “formal alliance†today. Let’s set a goal of each 9 person group having a L3 embassy within the next 7 days.
We can all easily communicate with each other here on qhcf.net, and there is no need to have a formal alliance “right away†if you don’t have the production to start it.
4. As one or two of the L3 embassies in the sub groups gets big enough (I’m assuming Rhuean) they will start assuming the sub groups.
III. Misc.
1. Stop advertising “qhcf.net†on the game. I took a look around at other alliances, and these people are obsessive psychotics. I guarantee you they will look at things like Lyug’s screenshots and use it to raid/destroy people.
2. Vote:
In order for this to work, everyone (or at least most everyone) has to vote and agree to the plan.
