No one is trying to take control and exert authority. All that is going on is that we are trying to put the wing alliances into some sort of orderly organization until Rhuean (or whoever) builds a big enough embassy to let all the CFers into a single alliance. In the meantime, this is not a detriment to anyone, and everyone knows where they belong and who to contact for easy reference.
