Checking the maps, I've found out that either Hidetora, Krilcov and Berozzus should join cf-se instead of cf-e.
Using the same logic, dhartung02, CraftedD and Dranolian should leave cf-se and join cf-e.
I will check the others alliances later to check for members that aren't where they are supposed to be.
