Because a few days ago he wiped out Janus's entire army and looted his pies (unprovoked). And in the days following he has looted every other CFer nearby (unprovoked).

Meanwhile, Janus has not managed to recover a single resource from the guy.

So. Whether LW likes it or not, Tertius must go down when CF-N can muster the force to do it, or return 4k+ worth of resources.

afaik Istirith did. But it's not like CF has elected it's official "ambassador" or even "leaders."
