Just like the military. Shit I would pwn! No but seriously, set it up so we would have opperation orders, and after action reviews sent out once a week.
It would help keep control over everything. We would keep the wings as they are now, just bring in the strongest people in your 77x77 to join you that way we will have four 60 member alliances. (already getting shit for this on #CFTravian, can you believe it?)
