One group is actively TRYING to win. They're learning as much as they can. They're putting extensive time into the game. They're doing everything they can to be a force throughout the game, including end-game.
The other group is playing just to kill time. They don't care about endgame. They don't care about "winning", all they care about is logging in every day or so, messing around for a few minutes, and leaving it.
Neither group is "wrong". Neither is doing anything wrong, or playing the game poorly, or whatever. However, as the alliance stood yesterday, the second group was preventing the first group from accomplishing their goals. And so, the CF alliance is reorganizing into a group that wants to win, and a group that doesn't care about winning. This system will allow both groups the opportunity to accomplish their individual goals.
That's the entire point. If that offends you, I don't know what to tell you. If you think you belong to group 1, and Rhuean puts you in group 2... well, you can prove that you belong in Group 1 instead. How? By being active. By learning. By improving. By growing. By showing that you're serious about winning.
This isn't a major league/minor league set-up they're trying to institute. This is a competitive player/casual player system. And in the long run, it's better for everyone.
*Note. Before Graatch jumps in here, for every usage of the word "win" in the above, I refer to Travian's rules regarding winning. That being an alliance which achieves a Wonder of the World at lvl 100. No other definition of "win" applies to the above.
