I agree that I do not have all the knowledge.

My point is neither does any of the playerbase.

Questions like:

what is his role?
how well is he playing his role?
how well is he doing in pk?
do the imms feel he is above and beyond?

My 19 years of playing this game tells me that the imms do a great job with this game. They take the game seriously and reward players that they feel do a great job.

Do they miss some, sure.

I would not have it any other way and I for one am tired of the vocal minority bitching and complaining about it.
