I believe it also has an impact on Paladin communes, but I am not entirely certain.

Int plays a factor in Paladin damage. That code was initially copied over to ap damage spells then expanded to other things. Not sure if it affects other Paladin communes as well, but it does seem like elven paladins have a higher success rate with summ (n/t)	Zruulg	January 15, 2014 11:53AM
