Never said they don't have perks, just that their biggest detriment to playing them is being a goodie.

None of what you say really takes into account why being a goodie sucks in general, because it does in my opinion.
And more so with a bard.
I have easy aura, easy shield, protection, elf only gear, better charisma and dex with a wood elf, and best of all, I'm neutral.
