Voszoad is the closest they have to that now, but he's really struggling and wardens won't give a shit to help.

It's not like Tribunal or Empire are especially brave either, but at least they are willing to raid against moderate PC opposition. Outlanders, I've often seen 5-6 of them and still only raiding empty cabals.

My info may be flawed of course.
