You have 3 initial locations. Aura/Barrier/Shield.

You 'discuss' with a guildmaster and they give you a hint.

Guildmaster says "Powerful magical artifact can be found in Akan by a dwarf with bushy eyebrows"

Generally speaking they have always been hints and once exploring the area referenced i've been able to find the wand.

Once you get a rod, you get a new location. Rinse and repeat.

The spots won't be in bad RP places....Orderly ethos, your rod won't be in a city. Goodie align, your rod won't be on a goodie mob.

The lich has low HPs and has barely any resistance. Drops fast, just ensure you have high svs for the walk in. I have no issues at all with that rod. Plus you may get some nice gear out of it :P (n/t)	Bemus-ed	March 12, 2015 02:09PM
