Tougher guards and jail helps a lot, Galadon is usually the focus for coverage

For years criminals walked all over cities , thru special guards

Galadon was sure pumped up but cities like Voralian/Seantryn Modan are a joke to criminals

Few reasons

Zheeser June 10, 2015 07:30PM

That's what I always figured. If someone knows about the practice weapons in the storage room, they probably know enough about balator including thrym and his autoattack on mages. (n/t)

If they do the newbie quest

daurwyn(VIP) June 10, 2015 09:29PM

2 things.

Perpetual_Noob June 10, 2015 01:18PM

I've seen at least three recent under lvl 20 ragers. It's not uncommon. (n/t)

When they were making Balator but didn't open it yet, it was possible to teleport there "accidentally" and I teleported right to Thrym. Before the area was even opened to the rest of the game. THAT sucked, but I still play ;)

Getting used to the idea that simply choosing to walk the 'wrong direction' in CF WILL kill you is a good thing

Nurok June 10, 2015 09:03AM

I think the sultan jail is pointless too.

Rhyaldrin June 10, 2015 09:11AM

Bellatar means warrior in latin, not mage, and I support the jail too (n/t)

Zheeser June 10, 2015 07:31PM

I love the jail. I love the threat of what can happen. It SHOULD be that way imo in at least one city in the game, if not more. (n/t)

Frosty June 10, 2015 07:52PM

It makes things tactically interesting. n/t

jalim June 10, 2015 09:14AM

Sometimes. Most of the time though it ends with a criminal standing on the river and someone hugging a guard. (n/t)

Agreed, i think this needs removed. (n/t)

faristil June 10, 2015 09:12AM

That's a fair point. It just sucked seeing a newbie have all the wind taken out of his sails for something like this.

Rhyaldrin June 10, 2015 09:05AM

I'd argue that getting a tell from a warrior like "Hey mage! lets group!"

Nurok June 10, 2015 09:18AM

I think with the playerbase as it is I'd rather eat a PK death than lose thousands in xp. (n/t)

Rhyaldrin June 10, 2015 09:19AM

I agree with you - however I can't remember a mob death leaving a 'bad taste' in my mouth - generally player based interactions sometimes do (n/t)

Nurok June 10, 2015 09:23AM

I'd just like to see things made easier on new players. Especially those brave or stupid enough to try a mage.

Rhyaldrin June 10, 2015 09:26AM

yeah, but..I can't remember the last time I saw a village induct pre 20th
