You don't need to have a stellar role, you just need to be well rp'd and diligent. It might not happen in 20 hrs, but with the edge points for pk by level tier, no one but a shifter should theoretically be powering super fast anyway.

If you do a help scarab, read the Sacraa in the lyceum, and have an idea of why you think team good is just that, you should be fine.
