Yes, I suggest taking it with any whip/flail spec.

It has a chance to lag one round, but it may be either strength or size based. (Or both)

My advice, as someone who loves whip/flail spec, is to max out all the skills in the spec except maybe sting, because you never know when you're really going to need each skill. Also, think about how you can use those skills to your advantage in a situation.

For instance: pull can work wonders when you're being raided, and choke can be awesome when you're trying to retrieve.

Anyways, they tank like shit, so beware.
