Tribunal gets to keep vigilance and guardcall.
Outlanders keep ancient instincts.
Ragers keep truesight, although it damages them on use (like applicants).
Fortress and Empire lose all powers, and so did Nexus.
Heralds don't have a cabal item.
I don't know about Scarab or Entropy.
