So I wrote a review for a mud site and started reminiscing about Tsalantha. Read the pbf and was struck by the PK Deaths. Most of them were totally my fault.

This one was where I beat the crap out of Shiralt, a fort shaman (I think), repeatedly. Then on about 98% hp or something I decided to look in the Inn for him. I'd forgotten that I'd hit the inn guard with a fireball by mistake when trying to finish off Shiralt about 10 mins earlier. Inn guard hit me with some oblits and I died. Completely my screw up.

I got destroyed here, but again this was completely my fault. A conjie for some reason determined to fight on the Aryth. Yet I decided to not bother prepping and indeed walked out to him without even healing up from a previous fight. Then to compound my error I did a scan all, and lagged myself out to the eel that ambushed me.

Again, my fault. I could have easily fled and run off, but for some reason I decided to recall. His curse went through the same round as my recall, only his went through first. I died.

This was just me getting destroyed by Lilyth. Ychram was actually on my side but one of our area spells hit the other one and broke the group.

My fault. I was literally thinking "a lot of maladictions on me -- could be getting critical if another one lands -- I should get out of here". But instead I stayed to attempt to finish the retrieval, got hit with a wither or a weaken which promptly removed my weapon while I was lagged by bard roundhouse, and died to the necros horde of undead since I couldn't parry or dodge any of their attacks.

My fault. You'd think I'd have learnt my lesson after the first time an eel slaughted me, since I had 3 options for crossing the sea in the direction I was going in.

Yeah, turns out that teleporting to Thar-Acacia while wanted is survivable, but not if you don't have any water in your canteen.

Smacked down an out of form shifter (Zaldavius) who was with what I thought was a fort paladin (Deormdel). But actually he was an imm and I smacked the shifter down in his shrine while he was talking to him. Turns out teleporting away as fast as possible isn't really that effective a tactic after this kind of provocation. In hindsight, I wish I'd at least attempted to cleave Deormdel before I died (although I suspect he had some counterstrike type thing that would have fired).
