Who was that Scarab Human Beastmaster that ran around trying to make steaks of all the classes to put into his/her pot?

They used the alligator and lash something disgusting in the low to mid ranks. I was able to drive them off a couple of times with a druid, but usually was running for fear of getting perma lagged (which happened more often than not). I remember them getting owned at the upper ranks though when everyone else's passive damage passes a rangers.

I forget if it is the Blackwater or Seantryn Bay Alligator though.
