I'll be honest: if there's nobody online that I have a realistic shot at, or if I know they're all grouped up and in some area explore, then I'm strongly tempted to quit.

Because...what else am I going to do? Sure, I could stay online and just do what's necessary to not die. So, like, sit in a guild spamming "where" and ready to teleport. But what's the point of that?

I'll go gather preps, gather gold, practice skills (unless I don't have any left to practice), etc. After that I'm out of stuff to do.
