Not saying you have to grief him. Just kill him in accordance with reasonable role-play for your character.
So, for instance, you don't roll some random neutral guy who inexplicably has a hard-on for killing Shaapa's character.
Instead, you put this guy in a cabal that opposes Shaapa's character's cabal, supposing his character is actually cabaled.
If he's in Fortress, you make a Evil Outlander, Scarab or Empire. Or Battle if he's a mage.
If he's in Outlander, you roll a Tribunal, Fortress (if he's evil), Scarab or Empire. Or Battle if he's a mage.
If he's in Empire you roll Fortress, Scarab, Outlander, Scarab or Battle.
If he's in Tribunal you roll an Outlander. Or Fortress if he's evil. Or Battle if he's a mage.
If he's in Scarab you roll Fortress or Empire. Or Battle if he's a mage. Or Outlander if he's a defiler class.
