To be honest, if they were just going neutral/neutral and not joining cabals or hunting, I wouldn't even care if they were perma. But joining a cabal and joining in raids, and retrievals and helping a piece of shit like Glik kill and possibly full loot low hanging fruit is bullshit and uncalled for.
As for what constitutes a perma. I'd say logging in/out within 10 minutes of each other on a consistent basis, and being attached at the hip for the majority of their time playing are the big ones, but I'll go further... Have you ever seen a caballed person be alone for the majority of their log-in, but right when there is a chance that they could be killed or outnumbered, all of a sudden one of their allies 'just happens' to log in? Have you ever seen this happen on multiple occasion? When you did, did you think it was funny, or suspicious, or merely coincidence?
I've seen it happen far too many times. Generally with Imperials, but sometimes I notice an Outlander perma too. It's cheating, plain and simple. Most of us play this game solo and without cheating, so when someone does it willingly I refuse to just say "Oh well, player numbers are low so fuck it." Nah son. That shit is gay as hell and shouldn't be tolerated.
