If I were Harbinger and saw you do it, you'd get a very VERY strong warning. If you did it a second time I would uninduct you and then kill you.

Lest populated townships/villages are acceptable. Places like Dranettie, high tower of sorcery(but NOT from the necromancer merchant), the gnome merchants under that goblin place in violet woodlands. Places like that are kosher. Most cities, protected or not, though are really bad RP for outlanders to barter from EVEN IF THE CODE ALLOWS YOU TO. Sorry for yelling but that part is very important.
