If you've been gone, you may not know that. You can play shaman with full supps and barely any restrictions. They added extra abilities for shamans that you would probably need to follow a god/religion to get, but other than that I think it's just reduced healing on your supps?

All supps over 20, you get them for your level minus one. So when you are level 51, half of your supplications are lvl50.
