If someone wants to take a crack at it and give it a shot they can get in touch with the staff however, there would be minimal supervision. It doesn't need to be pretty, just functional. Pretty is a plus.

They would need to take ownership of the project and see it through to completion. It will take significant time, energy and effort. It would also be a thankless job- you wouldn't be getting any special treatment based on the work being done. Contrary to popular belief volunteers may be respected for their efforts, but generally don't reap any rewards for making a voluntary contribution.

Otherwise I will probably get back on top of this myself some time in the distant future, time permitting.
