So i'm a long, long time cf'er and seriously low "poster" on these forums (I've been playing since around 96 or 97 but the last 15 or so years I've only played a few characters sporadically at best). I know my roleplay with characters is not always the best but I tried to engage several characters with my last (Koelegh). During the end of Koelegh's existence, low player count was definitely detrimental to several aspects of my "fun stick" be it Pk encounters, roleplay, etc but I was still able to have fun most of the time i was able to invest (minus the last 3-4 months when I was barely logging in just to keep the character alive due to a ton of RL issues that needed tending to).

My questions:
1) Was Koelegh "dynamic" enough for you to interact with?
2) Is the low player count so detrimental to the game that another come back is futile?
