The rest isn't that bad. -1 lvl communing doesn't really break a character, except maybe at Hero. Keeping an interest with no progression of Virtues or Paths isn't great, but I still don't think it is as bad as the healing.

Mend wounds for 40 instead of 60. Heal for 70hp instead of 100. Rejuvinate for 140 instead of 200, that is huge!
