Chill touch is -Str when it crits. Ghoulish numbing is -dex and also -movement when it crits.

Ghoulish numbing was always my go to one round attack spell but chill touch can lower strength so in situations where I needed someone to drop a weapon I'd use it after landing weaken and such. (n/t)	Rhyaldrin	November 26, 2017 02:16PM
